adding nagios servers to config.monitoring #1

After installing this plugin on RackTables version 0.20.10... Under the Configuration -> Monitoring - I just get a blank page except for the following at the top: "Monitoring servers (0)"

I was not sure if using a slightly older version of RackTables would have an impact or not. I have not looked at the php plugin scripts yet to see if the code for a form has just not been included yet or not.

Anyway, I really like the idea of this plugin.

I'm sorry: I did not upload the most important file in the repository yet!

Please give me some days to finish a first version and I'll give you an update.
