Motivation and Context

Due to the refactoring, a code cleanup was necessary, to stabilise further development.

Description

• Resolved circular dependencies and included a web pack plugin to detect them
• Applied TSLint rules to current code and added TSLint check during development
• Renamed files according to new naming convention to prevent uppercase letters
• Enforced explicit typing especially for plugin components (removed any) to enable type checks
• Split domain model types into an interface, which is used in the redux store, and a class, which is used by the react components
