Test server is not using correct DEPLOYMENT_URL variable

Describe the bug

Even if I override the DEPLOYMENT_URL variable while building the release and deploying it via bamboo, its value is not overridden and is always set to https://apollon.ase.in.tum.de

To Reproduce

• Goto https://bamboo.ase.in.tum.de/browse/APOLLON-AS16-17.
• Observe Custom Variable: DEPLOYMENT_URL is set to https://test1.apollon.ase.in.tum.de
• Download the artifact generated by it
• Extract it twice, then open build/webapp/main*.js folder extracted by it.
• You will have https://apollon.ase.in.tum.de instead of https://test1.apollon.ase.in.tum.de while searching, hence the correct DEPLOYMENT_URL is not being used.

Expected behavior

build/webapp/main*.js generated by artifact should have https://test1.apollon.ase.in.tum.de as its DEPLOYMENT_URL
