`Development`: Update dependencies #45

Motivation and Context

This PR simply updates the dependencies of Apollon Standalone.

Steps for Testing

  1. Goto test server
  2. Check that there are no issues with the application (styling and functionality)

PS: Major changes in this PR include: react version 18.2.0 and react-bootstrap version 2.6.0
