Forceful scrollbar on item creation #51

Issue

If you just want to create a new item, it already goes over the border and forces a scrollbar. The same goes for when dragging it to the right.

Expected Behaviour

I would expect that the creation of a new item does not force a scrollbar to appear and I would also expect that when dragging an item over the toolbar, no scrollbar appears.

This is an old version issue and is no longer reproducible for me. We can close this issue @FelixTJDietrich @krusche
