1 year ago We have to be a bit careful here to avoid security issues, but we could allow the same options as for posts.
The only disadvantage might be that the text cannot be processed any more by Athene. But it might be possible to strip all markdown commands

When creating text exercises the example solution box supports markdown formatting. The text area where the students enter their answer does not, however.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if the students could format their answer using markdown as well. A main advantage would be to support the usual LaTeX-style formulas.
