`Tutorial attendance`: The colors for the attendance rate should be different. #6510

Describe the bug

It is not a bug. It is a fix for usability / User interface

At the moment the attendance colors are as follow.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to to Tutoria groups of any course and register a different number of attendants.
  2. According to the maximum number you will get the percentage and colors.

Expected behavior

90% should be GREEN 60 % - 89 % should be ORANGE < 60 % should be RED

The idea was to make them red if they are full so students know that it does not make sense to go there

Green indicate that there are free spots.

We should probably clarify this in some kind of legend on the page

I was thinking it was related to the attendants in the sessions. That would be more beneficial. Because then I can see if would be necessary to merge groups.

It is made for students 😅 but we could add a second visualization for instructors on the course management page
