Is your feature request related to a problem?

I develop custom testing environments on Artemis for Programming courses. It would be helpful to see which directory Artemis searches for test results to make development easier.

An additional view next to Checkout directories that lists search paths and file names.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Alternatively, more documentation of the post-processing done by Artemis or a detailed internal log when the pipeline fails.
