Although I have allowed students to submit file type endwith .ipynb, I can't download or open the file during the assessment phase.
Which makes it impossible to grade students' homework.
If I try to open or download a file endwith .ipynb, which is a jupyter notebook. It shows this information.
To Reproduce
Go to 'assessment'
Click on 'exercise dashboard'
Click on 'start new assessment'
Click on 'download submission file'

Expected behavior
Tutors should be able to download the files that students are allowed to upload.
