`Exam Mode`: Cannot view test run complaints in exercise dashboard #8907

Describe the bug

After complaining on an exercise and going to the exercise dashboard of the exercise, it says "There are no complaints at the moment."

To Reproduce

  1. Create and participate in an Exam Test Run
  2. Assess the Test Run
  3. Complain on an exercise of the Test Run
  4. Click on "Assess your test run" button in teh Test Run page
  5. Click on the "Exercise dashboard" of the exercise with the complaint
  6. It says "There are no complaints at the moment."

Expected behavior

The complaint should be displayed
