No UI response when importing exam #9746

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Importing an exam is a time intensive process. The UI should indicate, that Artemis is currently performing the import procedure.

Describe the solution you'd like

The import button should contain a loading-scroller or something similar to indicate, that the response is currently being processed to improve the user experience.
