Motivation

Closes task 3 of #159.

Description

This PR adds a legend to the leaderboard. The legend aims to explain:

the icons used for the columns of the leaderboard
the basics of the scoring algorithm

The legend can be opened on-click, but it's closed per default to avoid cluttering the screen.

Testing Instructions

Run the application-server and webapp
Click on the legend next to open it
