Filter of time interval does not reflect query parameters correctly #176

Describe the bug If you manually change the query parameters the filter does not reflect the changes, especially the timeframe subtitle.

To Reproduce Change query parameters. See selected week

Expected behavior The app-leaderboard-filter-timeframe should match the query params. Maybe we can combine it with a custom date range select. This is also a requested feature that goes beyond the weekly leaderboard.
