Include reviewed PRs count in leaderboard #93

Either on the leaderboard or a potential profile page. If displayed on leaderboard it would be nice if you can also get a list of the reviewed PRs grouped by repository when hovering over it.

On a profile page we could also show a list of reviewed PRs grouped by repository.
