Include Leaderbords/Rankings of past weeks? Similar to a ladder system in Games. #96

Next to just filtering over a custom timeframe we could have weekly leaderboards, monthly leaderboards etc.

A weekly leaderboard would for example reset on a specific date and time and be open for 7 days. Then we can have a winner per week. Past leaderboards should also be reachable.
