Motivation and Context
Artemis recently introduced a new template for developers to propose features. The new template helps developers to do the necessary work to implement features with high standards and to provide useful diagrams for eventual thesis or papers related to their feature.
Description
Adapted the template from Artemis to cover Orion specific considerations when implementing a feature. Highlighted the communication between Orion and Artemis as Orion relays on Artemis.
Furthermore the Documentation got adjusted to make it easier for new developers to get an overview about the system.
