This should be a reusable gantt chart component that allows to add timelines with different colors

Allow to group items in the chart and to collapse / expand a whole group
You should be able to change the time range which is shown
Every item should be able to have different phases that are differentiated by colors
Every item should have a tooltip that shows more information
