Trying to assist assemble without the correct tool

-vehicles - all were updated to not buy tool3 at beginning -It was posted job which material need tool3 to be assembled. job2- 1x material2 material2 - need tool3 to be assembled

-motorcycle win the task and bought the bases -motorcycle went to workshop and requested assist assemble -truck decided to help in the assemble - but it doesn't have the tool3

-Result: truck arrived at the workshop and motorcycle continues waiting for assistance.

Não consegui replicar o teste aqui, o que tu fez para ninguem comprar a tool3? Aqui eu só removi do 2015-complete-3sims.xml a capacidade dos agentes de utilizar a tool3, o que vai fazer nenhum ir comprar.

Tem certeza que o job2 só ficou com material2? Pois se tinha o material1 junto aí ele ia precisar da tool2 que a moto não tem, e o truck tem. Por isso ele teria ido ajudar no assist assemble.

Estou fechando a issue no momento para terminar a release, se conseguir replicar o bug nós reabrimos ela.
