Need Validation Tests #130

We need to develop some validation tests that users can run, following the 
setup of a HISP.

A basic set of validation tests should include:
- Successfully sending/receiving local mail
- Successfully sending/receiving remote mail
- Successfully dropping untrusted incoming/outgoing messages
- Successfully sending/receiving MDNs

Possibly add some around
- Successfully resolve DNS cert records
