Postmaster address for DSN

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Invalid postmaster's address is created for DSN.
   Now sender's domain name is used, so that DNS cannot be signed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Postmaster address is not gotten from James configuration(<postmaster>)
2. Postmaster address's domain should be added if the address doesn't have a 
domain name and the domain name should not be gotten based on sender's address.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I just found this as well this morning while integration testing and have 
posted a fix in gateway version 2.0.1 this afternoon.  Same issue goes as well 
for the XD delivery failure postmaster.  Assembly M2 will be out tomorrow 
afternoon, but in the meanwhile you, can replace the gateway jar with the 
version below:

http://central.maven.org/maven2/org/nhind/gateway/2.0.1/gateway-2.0.1.jar
