"Refresh Bundle" in Web UI does not refresh trust bundles #219

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Chrome, visit 
/config-ui/config/main/search?domainName=&submitType=ManageTrustBundles&ajaxRequ
est=false
2. Select all trust bundles
3. Click "Refresh"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Trust bundles should refresh; instead nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using?
Chrome 28.

Please provide any additional information below.
The button works in Firefox.
