Memory Leak when using AddressManager configuration and EnableDomainSearch equal to true #245

The title says it all.
I already have a fix and need to move it through the builds.

Inetinfo.exe slowly grows.  It is effected by volume of traffic and not size of 
messages.  If you are not using AddressManager with the EnableDomainSearch 
boolean then you will not experience the leak.  I am probably the only one 
using this way.
