Different images or documents uploaded in documents grid while completing BOL are displayed as same file multiple times #193

I uploaded 4 different images in a BOL as shown below and completed the same BOL. After I open this BOL, the file which was selected first while uploading in documents grid is shown as multiple times instead of 4 different files.
