Same behaviour in update wizard for 8 and 7 #38

In TYPO3 8 the RestrictionContainer is active and hidden or deleted data will not be changed through the update wizard. Wiht those PR: https://github.com/lsascha/registeraddress/pull/37 the behaviour for TYPO3 8 ist fixed and set to use only DeletedRestriction. For TYPO3 7 I mean there is no restriction at the moment. The needed queries should be changed too.
