extend the Feedback Mechanism #31

In order to gather feedback effectively from non-technical users, I suggest incorporating a simple feedback mechanism such as a web form in addition to the Github comments on every page (for technical users). This will enhance user engagement and help us iterate on the hub's features based on user input.

Suggestion: add a link to a form where users can provide extended feedback, or if the challenge is the registration in github, we can add a suggestion to send feedback by email to lsc@kalro.org?

suggestion to have these messages arrive in a slack or teams channel, but email address is prefered.
