Get rid of JNDI #162

We should not use JNDI anymore but Apache LDAP API (or UnboundID?)

Question is whether to choose Apache LDAP API https://directory.apache.org/api/ or UndoundID which belongs to PingIdentity https://github.com/pingidentity/ldapsdk.

Apache one has a Apache Licence while UnboundID inital ws GPL and LGPL but has an additionnal license LICENSE-UnboundID-LDAPSDK.txt that mention Termination and Export restrictions ( US ).
