As architect I would like users to be able to login via entra ID

@vvcb per our discussion previously I've investigated the issue and i don't think we can put this into the hades image without upgrading to a pro version of rstudio which includes authentication/authorization. We talked about the potential of making a jupyter notebook with this and using jupyters security instead. I'll create a new item for this.
