Use a mail server instead of mailto links #17

The mailto links is quite cheap, we should have a mail server and a UI to support that

Perhaps it would be better to use a Rails Action Mailer to send the email ??

I changed the ticket so that we remember we should use the Rails Action Mailer instead of mailto in a future release
