What happened?

. and .. entries show up even though they are added to ignore-globs list.

What expected?

I was expecting to be able to hide . and .. entries with ignore-globs so that I can use -a (rather than -A) and have them not show up.

I should probably mention that I would also be happy with an option for making -a act as -A (because the latter being uppercase makes it inconvenient to use for me) but I figured that this is a more elegant solution.
