Project home README issues

This issue covers errors on the project home (for oe_port).

• Section 3. Running applications from the Alpine Linux repository is outdated. The contents are well covered by other sections, and we don't have a miniroot sample anymore.

• section 4. OpenJDK Java Virtual Machine (JVM) is outdated.
  • the directory is moved to samples/languages/java
  • we don't require curl anymore
  • the warning message is more like :

    OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM warning: Can't detect primordial thread stack location - find_vma failed

• section 5. Cross-compiling applications for SGX-LKL is outdated.
  • again it refers to the non-existing miniroot sample.
  • we should mention 2 ways to cross compile:
    • use musl-gcc
    • use Alpine Linux based docker container
  • The statement regarding limitation of fork should be moved to a more prominent place, way ahead of this section.

• section E. Configuring SGX-LKL-OE parameters:
  • should be configuring the SGX-LKL launcher. If we have to put the name, it should be sgx-lkl-run-oe.
  • the statement Note that for the debugging options to have an effect, SGX-LKL must be built with DEBUG=true. should really belong to section "G. Debugging SGX-LKL-OE and applications"
