event sessions: labels for chairs/moderators should be translatable #119

related to #115 but separate issue.

the proper way to fix this is to have a lookup table for all the needed labels X needed languages.

and to hope that we never need to do this in languages that have plural forms different from English (e.g. dual, etc.)
