staff photos don't display properly on Chrome (desktop v45ish) #131

as reported by ch. turns out to be due to a bug/regression in chrome/chromium (seems linked to https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=530074, though we don't use columns on that page).

fixed by temporarily removing the filter for webkit. images to be re-exported as grayscale accordingly.
