stopped working after installing language-restructuredtext package #41

I installed rst-preview first and it worked fine, then i installed language-restructuredtext and it stopped working, both ctrl-shift-r and manually selecting rst-preview:toggle from the command palette.

Same for me. Installing language-sphinx also causes the problem.
