This entire line is a hyperlink, when the formatting implies that only "command" should be a hyperlink.

Team's Response

Thanks for the feedback! However, since the hyperlink links to the correct place and there is only a single hyperlink on this line, we believe that it does not hinder the reader so we have placed it under NotInScope.

This is not a purely cosmetic issue as the user would be misdirected by a misclick. Some users may have the habit of highlighting the words as they read for example, and this would cause them to to click on the link.
