Temporary data is not deleted #3

When ProjectInstall fails with

ProjectInstall::noprjpckg: The project has no package in the top-level directory with the name mathcing the name of the project specified in project's descriptor file (project.m)

the downloaded and extracted temporary directories are not removed.

I have disabled that check (since it is perhaps too rigid anyway). See if the temporary directories are removed now (in general, that was a bug, of course, but this might be a quick fix for now).
