[Bug]: Replacer Extention didn't work with directml

What happened?

Replacer Extention didn't work with directml

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. install replacer extention
2. go to replacer and upload your image
3. type some promote to change dress or anything you want
4. the click on run

What should have happened?

it should generate my image normally
