[Bug]: New TI files not showing in UI when hitting Refresh

What happened?

New TI files (either .pt or .safetensor) placed in embeddings folder does not show up in UI after hitting Refresh. However, new checkpoints or lora files placed in their respective folders show up immediately after Refresh in their tabs.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Download new embedding file from Civitai. Place new file in embeddings folder. Hit Refresh in Textual Inversion tab.

What should have happened?

New TI file should show up in UI after refreshing.
