Docstring in Google format #119

Docstrings should be formatted per Google style guide.

Update dog generation to accept these docstrings.

This will speed the process of writing docs by including information in docstrings.

Aligns with goal of improving comments in #27.

Added for all existing functions.

@todowede - you can use a docstring generator like docblock - which is configured in this repo if you are developing in Atom.
