Target values summary tables #138

We need to create some summary tables of the values in the targeted column with the various separators removed:

"businesses and schools" -> ["businesses", "schools"]

This should be recorded for each who_code.

@todowede - I tend to put this type of work - which does not have anything to do with the automated cleaning routing - in the src/manual folder.

We should open a different private repo in the lshtm-gis organisation for other analyses so this may be an opportunity for you to create a new repo in the organisation if you would like.
