Change links the actual JIRA tickets to the actual issues.

Sorry for the ton of formatting changes, VS Code did them automatically. Actual changes are around line 178.

Hi @tibu , many thanks for the PR, that's indeed one of the super useful tiny things the plugins was missing. Would you mind just adding the code chunk you need without reformatting the entire file from scratch? Regards, Luka
