[Feature request] Ability to add work log comment #7

I really admire the extension's ability to log time in Jira so easily. In addition to this convenience, I would request another feature that allows to enter work log comments beside the log time input. This helps stakeholders understand what work was done against a given time.

Would appreciate the ability to add additional fields but comments would be great
