Second tip in UG Section 8.1 addIngredient is an edit/update command.

Section 8.1 "If you add an ingredient that already exists in the recipe, that existing ingredient will be replaced with the new one."

This feature can still remain out of kinder usability to the user, but message should not be "Successfully added" but "Successfully updated" instead.
