Chromosome of subspecies IV #30

Salmonella enterica CP053576 might be the incorrect entry and I'll need to double check that. It might be the plasmid of subspecies IV and not the chromosome.

CP053317 too for S. enterica subsp. VIII

For S. enterica subsp. VIII CP053317 is a plasmid, CP053318 is the chromosome

Fixed the two in question but I still need to do a sanity check on the chromosomes and their sizes

I have done a sanity check on sizes and they are >4.5M each
