In a future version of SneakerNet, I would like to move from CG-Pipeline to Fasten for things like read metrics.
CG-Pipeline is slower and has a wonky installation.

Additional context
Will mostly affect the readMetrics plugin but might need to update SneakerNet.pm.
Will need to change dependencies to list Fasten and not CG-Pipeline.
