Make historical data set ready #1

Historical data set is ready for research (selected criteria only) From seismogram - from USGS/IRIS & Geofon; and later from ECN & ITB mobile app Data set includes: (1) waveform (2) seismic parameters, differ by methodology/reference used (3) tsunami parameters/predictions Licensing ? We must credit/attribution to source (e.g. IRIS website) Some data can be marked private/internal (e.g. from BMKG but limited use license)

Format for waveform: miniSEED, why? Hendy's previous survey:

Format for seismic parameters: QuakeML. reason: used by USGS
