Update instructions for Trello integration #2

I had to follow a bit the source code to understand why it did not work as expected after installing the Trello integration script, which was only displaying the Error: Trello connection failed message.

So, I thought it would be a good idea to update the instructions to use it.

BTW, thank you so much for that great work!
