Just FYI, the "recvonly" issue is being fixed in Chrome v28 and should be
immediately testable in Canary...

I am trying to solve the problem by sending duplicate invite request and hoping
it works like re-invite and put the cold on hold , where another re invite will
cat as resume the call . Sadly experiments was unsuccessful .
