`ad_setup` : suggest a gitignore template #3

Suggest a gitignore template. that is included in the package setup.

Make this optional. If the option to include this is not used, then prompt user if they want to include it.

Maybe have a github option that makes this command include both an ignore template and the GitHub Actions template in #2.
