In particular:

Create folder in site file system
Copy css and scss files
Manage how (s)css is added to YAML

Files for interactive testing: pkg_w_images.zip

Note: CSS and SCSS files have their extensions removed to test how site is built when no CSS/SCSS is detected. To test how the site builds when CSS and/or SCSS files are present, rename select files by adding their extensions:

CSS files: 01_my_style.css, 02_my_style.css
SCSS file: my_theme.scss
