This PR makes several edits accross the package to get it closer to be ready for publication.

Now all commands allows a varlist() option. Even when it could work to do syntax [varlist] as nothing else is passed there, I still added the option for varlist as syntax , Varlist(varlist) in all commands to make it uniform.
I have added the varlist option to the helpfiles
I have updated helpfiles
I have added qui and standardized version requirement
I have made sure the pkg file is correct
